    Great book actually, very good information, the things that really matter when working out written in an amazingly easy to understand way. Good even for people who now already stuff in aspects as nutrition and exercise. Great work, thank you very much! Altho, I must say, as in regard to myth no.9, meal frequency, it is not to stoke the metabolism, but because the human body can absorb only 20 to 30 grams of protein in 2 to 3 hours. The frequent meal patterns purpose is to eat 25 grams ( in average ), every 3 hours, to assure the 2 gram protein per kg ratio is reached, and assimilated, ensuring that the nitrogen levels are positive. But, as said, great book, all the little things that take you so much time and pain in the gym to learn, presented so easy to read. Really great.
